PM Tudose about Brasov-Bucharest highway- We consider whether we can declare it national project of strategic importance
Premier Mihai Tudose declared, on Saturday night, in Mamaia, at the end of the meeting of the National Executive Committee that talks also had in view Brasov-Bucharest highway. He pointed out that rulers seriously consider to declare the highway, national project of strategic importance.
The premier made this statement completing PSD leader Liviu Dragnea, with whom he held a press conference at the end of the meeting held in Mamaia on Saturday, News.ro informs.
Dragnea said he had talks with the premier and transport minister about the highway on Prahova Valley, an older project which has environment approvals and includes only the highway between Comarnic and Brasov, while there is no highway between Ploiesti and Comarnic.
Let s see what we can do to avoid an interruption between Ploiesti and Comarnic, Dragnea said.
Premier Mihai Tudose added: We are seriously considering whether this project can be declared national project of strategic importance. The money will come from the budget of the Transport Ministry. We have the designs and could begin to build this section.
