Museum of Romanian Peasant receives Certificate of Excellence from TripAdvisor
The National Museum of Romanian Peasant (MTR) received the Certificate of Excellence 2013 from the tourist promotion website TripAdvisor, the culture institution announced through a release.
According to the cited source, the Romanian Museum was acknowledged as 'a popular attraction, due to the tourists active on the largest tourist promotion website worldwide.'
'The award certifies the very good image the Museum has nationwide and worldwide and is granted only based on the opinions of the TripAdvisor users, which makes the distinction confirm that the Museum is very well ranked among the preferences of tourists,' the release shows.
With an average of 3,500 tourists visiting each month, the Museum was placed last year among the best tourist destinations, according to TripAdvisor, due to its being ranked among the first 10 percent organisations affiliated to this site, an essential criterion for granting the certificate in question, MTR points out.
'We try to provide our visitors a memorable experience and this award comes to confirm that our work was appreciated through the positive comments we received on TripAdvisor,' the release quotes National Museum of Romanian Peasant Managing Director Virgil Stefan Nitulescu as saying.
