The study about Romania was made on a sample of 900 persons, the one in Bulgaria on 700 persons and the one on Hungary on 2,000 persons. Results show significant differences about products bought online. Romanians buy mostly electronic appliances - computer parts, cell phones, tablets, TVs, electronic book readers. Bulgarians buy electronics and clothes, while Hungarians buy a wide range of products - electronics, books, clothes and household appliances.
About 30% of Romanians who buy online are in the “ëxpert”category, being those who know online services, payment methods and delivery best and who prefer online purchases because they consider them easy to manage and offer good prices.
