Infrastructure: Transport Ministry: 15 offers made for design and execution of sections 3, 4 of Craiova-Pitesti express road
Fifteen offers were made on Tuesday for the design and execution of sections 3 and 4 of Craiova - Pitesti express road, the Transport Ministry informs.Eight offers from six associations and two contractors were received for section 3: Alsim Alarko Sanayi Tesisleri ve Ticart Sa, AstaldiSpA-Tancard association, Erbasu Constructions- Vahostav SK- Trameco SA association, Impresa Pizzarotti & C SpA - Pizzarotti SA association, PST Group JSC- PST Construction Works - Aplenside- General Trust Arges- Eurocerad International association, SpeditionUMB- Tehnostrade - Consitrans association and Tirrena Scavi SpA- Toto SpA Costruzioni Generali association.
Section 3 will be 31,75 km long, will be built between km 57 and 550 and between km 89 and 300 and will cost 904,819,215.62 lei. It will cross Valea Mare, Priseaca, Scornicesti, Optasi, Tatulesti and Colonesti localities.
The contract is for 96 months, of which 12 months for design, 24 months execution and 60 months warranty period.Tuesday is also deadline for offers presented for section 4 “Design and execution Craiova- Pitesti express road.”
Seven offers were received from Alsim Alarko Sanayi Tesislei ve Ticaret AS, Erbacu Constructions- Vahostav SK- Trameco Association, Impresa Pizzarotti & C SpA - Pizzarotti SA association, SBI Internaitonal Holding AG, PST Group JSC- PST Construction works-Alpenside- General Trust Arges - Eurocerad International association, SpeditionUMB- Tehnostrade - Consitrans association and Tirrena Scavi SpA- Toto SpA Costruzioni Generali association.
Section 4 will be 31.81 km long (km 89+300 - km 121+115), will be built between the limit of Olt and Arges counties and the intersection with highway 1, Bucharest-Pitesti. It will cross Lunca Corbului, Albota, Costesti, Bradu, Suseni and Oaria localities and will have an estimated value of 909,669,122 lei. The contract will be for 96 months of which 12 for design, 24 months for execution and 60 months for warranty.
According to the Transport Ministry, 35 offers were received for the entire length of 121 km, an estimated value of 3,770,640, 827.48 lei. The project will be financed by Big Infrastructure Operational Program 2014-2020.Craiova-Pitesti express road will have four lanes and will ensure connection of Romania’s south western area to Pan European corridor IV.
