CNAIR receives 8 offers for section 5 of Sibiu-Pitesti highway
The National Road Infrastructure Administration Company (CNAIR) announced on Friday that 8 offers had been received for the design and execution of section 5 of Sibiu-Pitesti highway, between Curtea de Arges and Pitesti (km 92+600 - 122+950), a project estimated at 1.83 billion lei.
Sibiu-Pitesti highway is an important part of Pan European Corridor 4, crossing Romania from West to East.
The eight offers were sent by: Astaldi SpA; China Railway 14th Bureau Group Co Ltd - Viaponte Rom SRL - Viaponte Projetos e Consultoria de Engenharia SA association; Impresa Pizzarotti & C SpA - Pizzarotti SA association; Itinera SpA - Retter Projectmanagement SRL association; Societa Italiana per Condotte d'Acqua SpA; Spedition UMB SRL - Tehnostrade SRL - Aktor Technical Societe Anonyme (Aktor SA) association;Tirrena Scavi SpA - Toto SpA Costruzioni Generali association and Trameco SA - Vahostav SK as - Construc?ii Erba?u SA - Vega '93 SRL - East Water Drillings SRL association.The contract is for ten years, of which 1 year for design, 48 months execution and 60 months warranty.
Section 5 is located in Arges county, is 30.35 km long, will begin near Curtea de Arges, will continues along the Arges river to the present Pitesti beltway.
Nine offers were received for section 1 of Sibiu-Pitesti highway from: Astaldi SpA; Construc?ii SA; Impresa Pizzarotti&C SpA - SC Pizzarotti SA association; Itinera SpA - SC Retter Projectmanagement SRL association; Porr Construct SRL; Societa Italiana per Condotte d'Acqua SpA; SC Spedition UMB SRL - SC Tehnostrade SRL - Aktor Technical Societe Anonyme (Aktor SA) association; Tirrena Scavi SpA - Toto SpA Costruzioni Generali association and Trameco SA - Vahostav S.K. a.s. – Construc?ii Erba?u S.A. - East Water Drillings SRL association.
The estimated value of the first section is 765.83 million lei. The contract is for 108 months, of which 12 months for design, 3 years execution and 60 months warranty. Lot 1, section 1, between 0 km and km 13+170 will begin at Selimbar, will continue west of national road 7 to km 6, near Vestem. Then the highway will cross county road 105G, Avrig-Marsa-Talmaciu-Sadu to Boita.
