Infrastructure :FlyDubai airline starts operating flights to Romania
The FlyDubai airline, which is known as the accessible airline of the emirate, is operating flights to Bucharest starting on October 1.
This air operator, which the Government in Dubai owns as well as the much better known company Emirates, is the accessible airline of the emirate, which was set up in 2009 and currently operates 45 destinations in Africa, Europe, the Middle East, the Indian Ocean and Asia with its 24 Boeing 737-800 aircraft of its fleet.
The first flight of this airline was between Dubai and Beirut on June 1, 2009 and ever since the above-mentioned company has been developing exponentially.
In Central and Eastern Europe FlyDubai makes the connection between the emirate and many cities, Bucharest included, with 78 regular flights to such destinations as Belgrade, Serbia, Donetsk, Ukraine, and Kharkov, Ukraine, as well as important cities in Armenia, Georgia and the Russian Federation.
The above-mentioned company will operate four weekly flights between Bucharest and Dubai at a cost starting from 440 euros, all charges included.
The company was founded by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates and leader of the Emirate of Dubai.
