Romanians, Poles and Bulgarians are the EU citizens most dissatisfied with the rail services in their country, especially unhappy with the length of a journey and lack of cleanliness and punctuality, says a Eurobarometer survey on railway passenger satisfaction in member states.Only 39% of the Romanians who participated in the study said most of their journeys by rail were for leisure purposes, the same as in Poland and a bit more than in Hungary (34%).
