CFR rehabilitates 21 railway bridges by contract of 36 million euros

CFR SA is looking for contractor to rehabilitate 17 railway bridges and 4 small bridges for its branch CF Galati. The contract has an estimated value of 36.5 million euros, VAT included.

The contract will be financed 85% from FEDR foreign grants and money from the state budget.

The execution period is 20 months and has a warranty period of 12 months. The selection criterion is the lowest price, according to a press release of the public railway administrator.

The project is divided into four sections and is estimated at 129.7 million lei.

Works will be attributed by open tender, the deadline for sending offers being June 23.
