Cars: Romania's 2016 new commercial vehicle registrations drop in Jan - ACEA
Registrations of new commercial vehicles in Romania fell by an annual 14.9% to 1,389 in January, data from the European Automobile Manufacturers' Association, ACEA, indicated on Thursday, seenews.co informs.
Registrations of new light commercial vehicles of up to 3.5 tonnes were down 3.2% on the year to 990 in January, ACEA said in a statement, citing provisional data.
Registrations of new heavy commercial vehicles of 16 tonnes and over were down 32.4% on the year to 344 in the first month of 2016.
New commercial vehicles' registrations in the EU, excluding Malta, were up by 8.2% on the year to 173,614 in January.
In 2016, the registrations of new commercial vehicles in Romania increased 19.3% to 23,066.
