Prime Minister Victor Ponta said on Thursday that both the Bucharest-Ploiesti and Bucharest-Constanta motorways will be ready by July 20, insisting that if the deadlines are missed, the people in charge will be called to account.'Both the states secretary with the Transport Ministry and the head of the National Roads and Motorways Corporation of Romania (CNADNR) said that they will get to Constanta and Ploiesti on July 20.
