Romanian telecom operator Digital Cable Systems (DCS), operating under AKTA brand, has signed a MVNO – Mobile Virtual Network Operator – contract with Telekom Romania Mobile Communications and will launch mobile services, capital.ro informs quoted by romaniajournal.ro.
