Transgaz reported a net profit dropping by 53%after the first quarter
The National Society for Transport of Natural Gas Transgaz recorded in Q1 2023 an individual net profit of 125.37 million lei, dropping by 53% as compared to the one in the similar period of 2022, according to the individual financial results sent on Monday to the Stock Exchange Bucuresti.
The income in the domestic transport activity dropped during January-March 2023 by 4% at 393.76 million lei and those in international transport and assimilated ones increased by 158% at 29.02 million lei.
The exploitation expenses before balance and construction activity according to IFRIC12 increased in Q1 by 63% against Q1 2022.
The total quantity of transported gas was 3.67 billion cubic metres (minus 330 million mc) out of which 891.65 million mc for direct consumers (minus 59.67 million mc) and 2.78 billion mc for distributions (minus 389.79 million mc).
