Danish company Vestas has sold two wind parks in Romania and Bulgaria to LukErg - an association with on parity participation between Lukoil Econergo and Italian company Erg Renew, the transaction having a total value of 137.5 million euros, the law firm Wolf Theiss, who assisted this transaction, informs in a release.The wind parks are located in Romania (Gebeleisis, Galati-east) and in Bulgaria (Hrabrovo, Dobrich).
