Second nuclear power plant to use more efficient technology

The second nuclear power plant to be built in Romania will not work on Candu technology, like the one in Cernavoda, in southeastern Romania, but on a more advanced, safer and more efficient technology, State Secretary with the Economy Ministry Tudor Serban said Thursday.
