Rompetrol and MOL will open new gas stations on highways A1 and A2 with recharging stations for electrical cars
The National Company for Administration of Road Infrastructure (CNAIR) signed on Monday with Rompetrol and MOL concession contracts for the equipment, operation and maintenance of the space for services on highways A1 and A2, so that gas stations and recharging stations for electrical cars.
According to a press release of CNAIR it is about routes Nadlac – Sibiu (A1) Pitesti – Bucuresti (A1) and Cernavoda – Constanta (A2).
Thus, Rompetrol will place new gas stations at km 558+380, A1 Nadlac-Arad,the minimum value of the annual fee being 10.922 million lei, at km 530+536 A1 Arad- Timisoara (8.813 million lei); km 500+596, A1 Timisoara - Lugoj (3,936 million lei); km 481+646, A1 Timisoara - Lugoj (5,671 million lei); km 340+500, A1, VO Deva (6,396 million lei); km 260+160,A1 Orastie - Sibiu (8,266 million lei).
MOL Romania will equip spaces at km 446+890, A1 Lugoj - Deva (2,442 million lei); km 428+310, A1 Lugoj - Deva (2,442 million lei); km 389+710,A1 Lugoj - Deva (3,767 million lei), km 316+560, right and km 316+360, left, A1 Orastie - Sibiu (2,557 milion lei); km 297+900, left and km 297+000, right, A1 Orastie - Sibiu (3,224 million lei); km 110+100, A1, Bucuresti - Pitesti (4,113 million lei); km 186+090, left and km 186+580, right A2 Medgidia - Constanta (4,775 million lei).
The duration of the concession contracts is 240 months (20 years).
The minimum compulsory equipments to be projected and build (or which are already built) finance, operate and maintain so that the services space could be functional are: parking lot, public toilets, fuel station, recharging station, commercial space, snack bar.
Similarly, it is possible to execute other supplementary equipments (restaurant, motel, secured parking lot, etc.) against the minimum ones imposed by the specifications.
