Romanian Thermal Power Plants May Borrow State Reserve Coal For 2010 Winter

Romanian thermal power plants and energy producers obtained the government’s approval to borrow 1.6 millions tons of coal and over 178,000 tons of fuel oil from the state reserve, due to their insufficient stocks for this winter.
