Moldova plans to build two thermal power plants and export the energy produced here to European markets, via Romania, Moldovan Deputy Economy Minister Ilarion Popa said Sunday.Popa stressed that construction works on the two plants will set off soon and the plants will be built in Moldovan localities Burlaceni and Ungheni.
