Refinery in Romania built in partnership with Azerbaijan

The Romanian State intends to take over the Arpechim refinery and cooperate with Azerbaijan in developing it, Secretary of State with the Ministry of Economy Tudor Serban told the Black Sea Energy & Economic Forum.The Arpechim refinery, which belongs to the Petrom company, might be taken over through the agency of Oltchim.'We shall build a refinery in Romania, in partnership with Azerbaijan,' said Tudor Serban.He also added that Romania got requests from Turkey for exports of electric power ...
