OMV Petrom announced that they will sell, again ores owned in Romania
OMV Petrom, the oil and gas company initiatied a new round of ore sale, after transferring 19 ‘marginal’ ores on 1 August announced the general manager Mariana Gheorghe, at the same time with sending the financial results to the BVB.
‘On 1 August there was a transfer of 19 marginal ores. In agreement with our strategy of value over volume we initiated a new round of ore sale’ the data sent to BVB said.
The sale contract of the wind park Dorobantu was signed in July as part of a strategy of concentration on basic activities. The electrical station Brazi resumed its activity at half –capacity on 5 July.
OMV Petrom recorded a net profit for the shareholders of almost 1.2 billion lei in the first six months of 2017 after reporting in the Q2 a profit of over 590 million lei.
