NZOG teams up with AuDAX for Romania bid

New Zealand Oil & Gas has joined an Australian operation bidding for exploration contracts in Romania. AuDAX Resources, listed on the Australian stock exchange, announced on Tuesday that NZOG had joined its area of mutual interest (AMI) for Romania, replacing Kairiki Energy.NZOG had a 33.33% share of the AMI.The eastern European connection was not unusual as NZOG chief executive David Salisbury was previously with Austrian company OMV, which holds a majority stake in Petrom, Romania's ...
