KazMunaiGaz borrows 3 billion dollars to finance Rompetrol acquisition

The Kazakh oil company KazMunaiGaz intedns to borrow 3 billion dollars to finance the acquisition of 75 % of Rompetrol, sources in the industry stated for the Russian agency Interfax. “ ABN AMRO, Credite Suisse and Calyon were hired to negotiate the loan” one of the sources stated, according to the news on the site of the Thomson Financial agency.
