Enel will build 140MW wind park in Tulcea county

Enel power company from Italy will begin this year the construction of a wind park at Valea Nucarilor, Tulcea county, a project to be developed in two stages, each of 70 MW, Enel Green Power representative James Lee Stancampiano said.
