Enel Green Power Connects 10 New Wind Turbines to Romania Grid

Enel Green Power SpA (EGPW)’s Romanian unit connected 10 wind turbines with a total capacity of 40 megawatts to the local electricity grid, the company said in an e-mailed statement today. The new turbines brought the capacity of Enel’s Salbatica Wind Park, in Dobrogea region, to 70 megawatts, according to the statement. The park will generate 200 million kilowatt-hours of electricity a year, supplying as many as 66,000 homes, Enel said. ...
