Electrica acquired the company which develops the photovoltaic project Vulturu in Vrancea, of 9.75 MW
The energy supplier and distributor Electrica announced that they finalized the acquisition of the project company Green Energy Consultancy&Investments owned by Vlad-Mihai Ungureanu and Tudor-Nicolae Ungureanu and which develops the photovoltaic project Vulturu, Vrancea county with an installed capacity of 9.75 MW (net evacuable power).
The project is at the stage of ‘ready-to-build’.
Green Energy Consultancy&Investments develops the photovoltaic project ‘Vulturu’ with installed capacity of 12 MWpDC (peak power at the level of the panels) and 9.75 MW AC (net evacuable power), situated in the area of Vulturu commune, county Vrancea.
The final price was determined through the adjustment of the total price estimated depending on the authorized production capacity, on the basis of contractually established calculation formulas.
The transaction is included in the strategy of the Electrica Group established for the period 2019 – 2023 where the extension on the value chain of electricity is taken into consideration, especially in the production area for renewable electricity.
Electrica informed the capital market on 6th July 2022 on the signing of the contract for sale-purchase of 100% of the shares of the Green Energy Consultancy & Investments The operational income of the Electrica Group over the first nine months of 2022, recorded a value of 10.22 billion lei, twice higher than the similar period of the previous year of 5.16 billion lei. The net profit increased seven times and a half, in the first nine months of 2022, at 534 million lei, from 72 million lei at the same period of the previous year.
Electrica Group distributed in the first nine months of 2022, approximately 13.4 TWh (drop by 3.2% against the same period of 2021) to a number of approximately 3.85 million users.
In the first nine months of 2022, the Electrica Group supplied on the retail market approximately 6.4 TWh (reduction by 9% against the same period of 2021) to a number of approximately 3.51 million consumption places.
