Czech ex-ambassador to take helm at CEZ Bulgaria

The ex-ambassador of the Czech Republic to Romania, Petr Dokladal, will become head of the Bulgarian division of Czech power utility CEZ, the company said on Tuesday. The appointment will be effective as of January 1, 2011, when his term as ambassador to Romania expires. Dokladal will replace Jan Vavera, who has been managing the company since January 2010.
