CEZ Group acquires PF stake in CEZ Services

CEZ Group acquired the 12 percent stake 'Proprietatea' Fund (PF) was holding in CEZ Services for 1.6 million euros, informs a company release. Following this deal, CEZ Group controls 63 percent of CEZ Services.
