ANRE approved the development plan for the system of gas transport for the period 2016 - 2025
The National Authority for Regulation in the domain of Energy (ANRE) announced on Friday that they approved the plan for the development of the national system of transport for natural gas for the period 2016 – 2025 and the approval order regarding the trading framework on the centralised market of natural gas managed by the Operator of the Electricity and natural gas market. (OPCOM).
Moreover, ANRE notified the order regarding the alteration and completion of the methodology for the regulated income, total income and the regulated tariff for the activity of transport of natural gas.
At the same time, the authority approved the Transgaz procedure ‘ regarding the reserve of incremental capacity in the national transport system for natural gas by the development of the processes of incremental capacity with strong points of inflow /outflow in the national system of transport for natural gas including the investment plans and the development of the transport national system for natural gas for the next ten years’.
In the domain of thermal energy ANRE approved the approval order of the regulaton for the authorisation of the judicial persons who set up and manage systems of cost selection for heating and hot water for consumption in residences,in the domain of electricity, the authority approved the order regarding the alteration of the standard of performance for the distribution service of electricity.
ANRE also approved the order regarding the alteration of the regulated tariffs for electricity applied by suppliers of last instance (FUI) household clients who did not use the right of eligibility by which the drop by 5.16% of the regulated tariffs applied by FUI to household clients was made, starting with 1 July 2017 and until the end of this year. Electricity given at regulated tariffs represent 10% of the total of electricity given to household users.
At the same time, the authority decided to approve the tariffs competition market type (CPC) with alterations towards the FUI requests, applicable in Q3, the household end users and non-household ones beneficiary of the universal system.
‘ Electricity supplied at CPC tariff is 90% of the consumption of the household users and is acquired by FUI exclusively from the competition market where the price of electricity recorded a growth of 24% of those tariffs of Q2. Under these conditions, although FUI proposed growth of 25% of these tariffs on the basis of the analysis of realities and trends on the market. ANRE considered as justified a medium growth at national level of the tariffs of CPC type of 8.53%’ the press release says.
