Statistics: Dairies collect 10.3 pct less cow's milk in Q1

The amount of cow's milk supplied by farming holdings and collection centers to processing units fell 10.3 percent in Q1 2011 compared to the similar period of the year before, shows data published by the National Statistics Institute (INS). According to official figures, compared to the previous month, in March 2011, cow's milk supplies to processing units were by 9,347 tonnes higher (+16 percent).
