Romanian Prime Minister Emil Boc said Saturday the Government is having trouble paying people expropriated for infrastructure works and the matter could have been solved a lot cheaper in the '90s.Boc on Saturday inspected, together with Transport Minister Anca Boagiu, works on the beltway of Drobeta Turnu Severin, in southwestern Romania, and said works are advancing on schedule.Boc said problems with paying for expropriations are the same for all towns and cities where beltways are ...
