Real estate: Nine out of ten Bucharesters look for quiet and green areas when choosing new house
Most Bucharesters (95%) declare they changes their life styles and perspectives on the quality of dwellings in the last 1.5 years, as a result of pandemic. For them the most important aspects are peace and quiet, exterior green area and air quality, according to a study ordered by Impact Developer and Contractor.
The study shows that in the last one and a half year, 47% of people living in Bucharest chose to live in a residential area close to a forest to benefit from quiet, green areas and fresh air and only 3 out of 10 Bucharesters chose to live in the same area.
Most Bucharest residents chose a 3-room apartment in an area accessible by car and with available parking places.
The study was made in September 2021 by Quantix Marketing Consulting on a sample of 619 Bucharesters, divided into people living in various areas and residents of Greenfield Baneasa.
