Real Estate: Average price in residential sector may rise by 5-10% in 2021

The average price in residential sector in Romania may go up by 5-10% this year, the key factors that influence the market being accessibility, the labor force occupation rate, interest rates, according to a study made by a real estate company.

According to the source quoted, in 2020 the average sale price for non family houses was 182,500 euros in urban areas and 116,250 euros in rural areas, on the rise compared to 2019, when the indicator was 175,000 euros for urban areas and 90,000 euros for rural ones.

For apartments, the average sale price was, last year, 67,250 euros in the urban area and 45,000 euros in the rural one, while in 2019 it was 65,000 euros and 42,500 euros respectively.
