Orange Romania starts bill payment promotion

Orange Romania launched a promotion whereby customers who pay their bills online with MasterCard or Maestro cards get a 5 percent discount off their bill value. The promotion applies to all payments for Orange Romania bills made with cards that were not previously used on www.orange.ro after 1 January 2013.
