Infrastructure: TAROM introduces more flights on Bucharest-Chisinau route from September 24

TAROM introduces more flights on the Bucharest-Chisinau route, starting from September 24, the prices for a ticket starting from 85 euros/segment, the national airline operator announced on Thursday.

The company will operate additional flights every weekend, reaching 21 round-trip flights per week.

According to the source, the prices for a ticket to or from Chisinau start from 85 euros/segment with the transport of a 23 kg checked baggage and an 8 kg hand baggage, free of charge. All taxes are included and, additionally, TAROM offers a free check-in service.

"TAROM is the traditional operator that has kept alive the connection between Chisinau and Bucharest. We have been operating on this relationship since 1997. Because a significant percentage of passengers use our services to connect to the network of routes operated by TAROM, we decided to offer them more flexibility by introducing new flights. We continue to be the best offer on this route, with all services integrated into the price, without hidden costs," said Monica Cramer, TAROM commercial director.

TAROM ensures flexible connections for passengers from the Republic of Moldova who can arrive, through Henri Coanda Otopeni Int'l Airport, at 20 foreign destinations, 5 of which are in the Middle East, or at any of the 7 domestic destinations that are part of the national company's operating portfolio.
