EU backs Romania with 20 mln euro for water infrastructure upgrade project

The European Commission said on Friday it is providing 20 million euro ($21.5 million) to Romania from the Cohesion Fund for the upgrade of water and sewerage infrastructure in the western county of Caras-Severin.
