Construction contract for Targu Mures- Ungheni and Connection Road section signed by CNAIR and Strabag

CNAIR signed on Friday with Strabag SRL the contract for “Construction of highway section Targu Mures- Ungheni and Connection Road”, as part of Brasov-Targu Mures- Cluj -Oradea Highway.

According to a CNAIR press release, the contract value is of 192.06 million lei and it will be financed from European funds. 

The contract includes the execution of works for 9,2 km (Targu Mures-Ungheni 4.5 km and connection road 4.7 km).

The contract is for 18 months for execution of works and 108 months (9 years) the warranty period. 

Works also include the construction of 3 bridges and passages over connection roads, 6 bridges and highway passages and two road knots to connect the highway to the existing road network.
