AirConnect will operate direct flghts from Constanta to Cluj Napoca, Oradea, Suceava and Timisoara, next summer
AirConnect company will operate direct flights from Constanta Airport to Cluj Napoca, Oradea, Suceava and Timisoara, Mihail Kogalniceanu International Airport announced. Those flights will become operational at the end of June 2023.
The Airport issued a press release last Tuesday, mentioning that as of June 22, 2023, AirConnect company will operate direct flights from Constanta to Cluj Napoca, Oradea, Suceava and Timisoara.
The Constanta-Suceava flight is scheduled on Thursdays, as of June 22, 2023, Constanta-Timisoara flight on Thursdays and Sundays, Constanta-Cluj on Thursdays and Sundays, as of June 22, 2023, while Constanta-Oradea on Sundays as of June 25, 2023.
Bogdan Artagea, the General Manager of Mihail Kogalniceanu International Airport, Constanta, declared that those flights were requested by passengers and are more rapid and cheaper travel means.
“AirConnect is a Romanian air company set up to serve the regional, unexplored market in Romania. We are familiar with the potential of the Romanian littoral and we know how difficult it is to travel by car or train from Cluj, Oradea, Suceava and Timisoara to the sea. We are convinced these routes will be appreciated by the people owing to the support we received from Kogalniceanu International Airport, Constanta,” Tudor Constantinescu said.
