Agriculture: Gov't allocatted 200 million lei as support to farmers

Under a memorandum adopted at the Government's meeting this Tuesday, 200 million lei will be allocated as support to farmers, informs a Government release .

"The funds are intended for the national transitional support for the crop sector's 2014 campaign and for cattle. The state aid for the diesel used in agriculture in Q4 2014 and Q1 2015, the de minimis aid for crop holdings registered in the organic agriculture system, the de minimis aid for offsetting the effects of hydrology and weather conditions over January - August 2014 in the crop sector will also be disbursed from this amount," the cited source informs. 

Under the 2015 State Budget Law, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development had commitment appropriations and budget credits approved.
